Storefront Terms

Terms of Service

These terms define the shared platform baseline. Merchants should adapt production policy wording to their store, jurisdiction, product category, and payment provider.

Storefront Use

Zyvlon is a hosted ecommerce platform. Users should browse, search, create accounts, manage carts, and interact with support in a lawful and respectful way.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

Product details, pricing, promotions, inventory, variants, and pre-order availability may change as merchandising teams update the catalog. The platform is designed to make those changes clear to shoppers.

Orders and Payments

Orders can move through pending, payment, fulfillment, and support states. Payment integrations, manual payment flows, billing details, and transaction records must be configured before a store uses checkout in production.

Accounts and Security

Account features may include order history, purchases, sessions, preferences, wallet concepts, and support tickets. Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

Promotions and Coupons

Coupons, campaign offers, spin-wheel promotions, and product discounts may be limited by date, product, user, or usage count. The merchant can configure these rules in the admin experience.

Support and Disputes

Support tickets provide a structured way to handle order questions, returns, shipping concerns, quote requests, and technical issues. Final terms should be reviewed by the merchant's legal team before launch.
